QHHT Sessions in Southern and South West Sydney

A lot of my clients tell me the same thing before they book. They weren’t sure if the drive from Sydney was worth it. Then they arrive, we spend the day together, and by the time they leave, the drive is the last thing on their mind.

If you’re in Southern Sydney or South West Sydney, Campbelltown, the Sutherland Shire, Menai, Engadine, or anywhere nearby, you’re closer than you think. Many clients tell me the trip took less time than they’d planned for.

Why Sydney Clients Travel to Woonona for QHHT

I’m the only Level 3 QHHT Practitioner in NSW, and one of just five in Australia. Level 3 is the highest level of training within the QHHT method, and there are only around 65 Level 3 practitioners in the world.

That’s not something I say to sound impressive. It matters because when clients are deciding between a practitioner closer to home and one with more experience a little further away, most tell me the decision came down to wanting the most experienced person available for something this personal. A QHHT session isn’t something you do often. For most people, it’s a once in a lifetime experience, so it’s worth taking the time to find the right practitioner.

What Is QHHT?

QHHT stands for Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique. It was developed by Dolores Cannon over several decades of work with clients, and it combines relaxed conversation with a guided hypnosis session.

During a session, we explore past lives and connect with what’s often called the Higher Self, sometimes referred to as the higher consciousness or the oversoul. Clients often come away with a sense of clarity about their life’s direction, their relationships, or questions they’ve been carrying for a long time. Some clients also experience spontaneous relief of physical issues, though this isn’t something I can promise, and it’s never the main focus of a session.

Who Books a QHHT Session From Sydney

Most of the people who travel from Sydney are at a similar point in their life. They’ve read a lot, tried a lot, and have a quiet sense that there’s more going on beneath the surface of everyday life than they can quite explain to the people around them.

Some have read Dolores Cannon’s books and want to experience her method for themselves rather than just reading about it. Others have already had a session with a Level 1 or Level 2 practitioner and want to go deeper with someone who has more experience. And some are simply curious about their own soul’s journey and want to explore it with someone they can trust to hold the space properly.

I also have a background in counselling and psychotherapy, which means I have a clear understanding of who QHHT is suited to and who it isn’t. Part of the process before booking involves a short intake to make sure a session is the right fit for you.

Getting Here From Southern and South West Sydney

Sessions run for several hours, so most clients treat it as a day trip rather than squeezing it in around other plans. The drive from Southern Sydney or South West Sydney is often shorter than people expect, particularly once you’re heading down through the Illawarra with the coast alongside you.

I’m based in Woonona, and while I don’t publish my exact address for privacy reasons, full directions are sent once your session is booked.

If you’ve read this far, there’s a good chance something in this has resonated with you. A QHHT session begins with a $300 deposit to secure your date, with the balance payable afterwards. I’d love to help you explore what your own session might reveal.
