What a QHHT Session Involves

A QHHT session is a one-on-one experience, generally taking five or more hours, that combines discussion about your current life and the issues you want to explore, with a deep level of hypnosis to explore past lives, connect with your Higher Self, and gain clarity on questions you have been carrying. Many clients also report a spontaneous relief of physical issues as part of their session, alongside the emotional and spiritual insight they came for.
